WINEMAKING

Under the direction of Chief Winemaker, John Kavanagh, our winemaking philosophy places a premium on the character of each vineyard. The grapes are harvested block by block, destemmed and vinified individually with punch-downs and gentle pressing to ensure full extraction without sacrificing elegance. Balanced oak treatment and minimal fining and filtration help preserve both varietal character and the inimitable personality of the terroir.

VINTAGE 2024

A challenging and atypical season impacted by wetter than usual growing conditions. An extensive effort by our vineyard team throughout the season ensured fruit still arrived into the winery in a good condition. Our 2024 Pinot Noirs are refined and elegantly expressive.

TASTING NOTE

Dark red cherry in hue, this wine opens with bold aromas of ripe fruit, intertwined with spicy and savory undertones. The palate is rich and textural, showcasing layers of deep, dark fruits complemented by exotic spice. A harmonious balance of intensity and complexity
